After 20 years global sales and corporate training experience across Europe and Asia, I moved with my family to Queenstown, New Zealand, where I established Flux Capacity.
With a passion for learning, development and organisational change, I am committed to improving sales and coaching cultures across diverse teams and industries.
I live with my wife Sharon and our daughter Isla, we love walking the local tracks and enjoying all that our environment has to offer.
I love making an impact, challenging behaviours and changing your businesses future for the better.
I deliver engaging sales, leadership and business focused training across a range of critical human skill sets. Based in the global destination of Queenstown, Central Otago, I have the capacity to work with companies throughout New Zealand and Australia.
My service is flexible to the needs of you, your team and your business, let me customise an approach just for you.
In 1985, at the age of seven, I was identified as dyslexic and so began a life long relationship with learning, a passion for personal development, overcoming the odds and the expectations of others.
When I discovered "adult learning" in the pharmaceutical industry, my goal was to become a trainer and ultimately begin my own company - Flux Capacity.
I love to connect on a personal level with businesses and the people that drive them. I thrive on delivering interactive events with real outcomes which effect change, build confidence and impact your bottom line.
Your Flux Capacity is your ability to take action in the present to positively impact your future.
